I wanted thank you and all they Kelly’s team for a fantastic morning on Saturday – we were so thrilled to see so much support for the event and wonderful to be able to speak to so many people about our cause. The fundraising total has gone well beyond anything we could have hoped for – being a smaller local charity, these funds will be making an even greater impact on our clients and I look forward to reporting back on how the money will be spent this year. We are delighted to once again have been involved in this fantastic day with Kelly’s Storage Charity Events. Their support over the past seven years has been invaluable for Challengers, with this year’s cycling event raising an incredible amount of money, 100% of which Challengers receives. That money will go directly towards providing exciting play and leisure activities to disabled children and young people, such as messy art, dance workshops as well as trips out to the beach or cinema. We cannot thank them enough
Great event and 100% for charity
This is a really great event which was perfect if you don’t like a load of faffing around. You turn up, have somewhere to park easily, get greeted by really friendly people, then get on with the running. Marshalls were some of the friendliest you’ll get anywhere and organisers couldn’t have been more willing to help. Best of all your entrance fee goes 100% to a wonderful charity. If you like a challenging course with various distance options, lovely scenery, nice people, jelly babies and giving your money to charity rather than to an events team this is an event for you!
